This is where you'll find all information relating to our qualifications - including all supporting documentation available for download free of charge.

Lost your certificate, and want to get a replacement?
You can apply for a replacement certificate online here.

Email our customer relations team by providing us with as much of the following information as possible in your email:

• Subject
• Qualification number
• Level
• Qualification title
• Briefly what information you were looking for, e.g. course handbook, assessment guide, details of a specific qualification.
