Skills for Health Questionnaire; level 2 NVQ review

PSE Consulting Ltd has been engaged by Skills for Health to undertake a survey of the current level 2 NVQ in Oral Health Care which is nearing the end of its approval period. Naturally, Skills for Health are keen to ensure that qualifications are meeting the needs of all service areas.

We encourage our approved centres to join in and complete the attached survey, which can be found in the Related documents section below.
 
The questionnaire is in Excel format in order to aid the summarising of results. If you do not have Excel installed then Excel Viewer can be obtained by following (or copying and pasting) this link below:
