Please note: If your centre currently offers the 7461 Certificate/Diploma for Legal Secretaries then you can to ensure that you can offer the new syllabus and assessment. Complete and download the form and forward it to your regional office as soon as possible and we'll do the rest.

The Level 2 Certificate in Vocational Paralegal Studies expires on 31 August 2008 and is replaced by the new Level 2 Legal Studies qualification. If you already offer the existing qualification you can .

If your centre has no previous experience in offering these legal qualifications you can obtain approval in the usual way by contacting your regional office for details.
Centres approved to offer these qualifications can obtain assignment passwords by contacting Customer Relations on 020 7294 2800 or the Business Support Skills team on 020 7294 2751.

New 7465 Legal Secretaries Qualifications

A redeveloped suite of the Level 2 and Level 3 legal administration qualifications; developed with ILEX and designed to meet the needs of learners wanting to work or already employed in an administrative/secretarial support role within a legal environment.  This flexible new range of qualifications provides more choice, allowing a variety of programmes to be delivered by the centre to suit both learner and employer.
