The level 7 Master Professional Diploma in Strategy and Development (Hospitality and Catering) combines management theory and practical skills to enable your learners to realise their potential to implement innovative business practice and strategy in your organisation. The diploma covers a variety of areas including: Optional units are also available to allow your learners to develop specialism and build on areas of expertise. This qualification is aimed at those working at the highest levels within hospitality and catering industries such as operations managers, area managers for breweries and other licensed trade organisations and managers of catering facilities. Given the high level of this qualification, your learners should have already acquired a level 4, 5 or 6 qualification in a hospitality/catering related area or possess a level of experience and expertise equivalent to level 4, 5 and 6 in NQF. Your learners will have to take 4 mandatory units and 4 optional units. Learners will be taught in a classroom environment with access to a work environment. Assessment is via centre-devised assignments. Your learners can progress on to a related Masters Degree programme on completion of this qualification.
