Hospitality Supervision - NVQ 1,2, 3 (No. 7247 )
This qualification has now closed for registrations. Supervising staff in the catering and hospitality industry is a tough job. Maintaining health and hygiene standards, perhaps overseeing reception, housekeeping and keeping customers happy with a concierge service are all responsibilities that fall under hospitality supervision. Or maybe your learners are looking to further their career with more responsibility? The level 3 NVQ in Hospitality Supervision is the perfect accompaniment for those already working within the hospitality industry. The qualification is aimed at those who are currently working in the industry at supervisory level or those wishing to enter the industry at a higher level and develop their skills further. Learners will need to complete 5 mandatory units and a further 3 optional units from a group of 26. The range of units covers a range of areas in the hospitality industry. Learners will be taught in the workplace, on the job. Assessment will be carried out in the workplace; learners will need to provide evidence of performance. On achievement of this qualification, learners may be able to progress on to the: Centre and qualification approval is required; there is no fast-track available.Who is it aimed at?
