From the 5 December 2008, all City & Guilds centres approved to offer our Leadership and Management for Care Services NVQ will have access to free online support materials on SmartScreen for tutors delivering and learners studying this new NVQ. 

Materials include handouts, case studies, activities, qualification information, presentations, a tutor forum and much much more.  Sample screens of the material are available in our Related Documents section below.

How do my tutors and learners access the materials?

You will be given access to the support materials upon registration of your first candidates for the new City & Guilds Leadership and Management for Care Services NVQ.

What do I need to do?

All you need to do is email subscribe@smartscreen.co.uk. Your email must contain the qualification number 3078 in the subject title. The body of the email must contain the following information: 

• your centre name
• your centre number
• the name, job title and email address you would like access details to be sent to. 

We cannot set your centre up with access until we receive these details.
 
On the 5 December you will then receive a confirmation email from us with details of how all your tutors and learners are able to access all the free support available to them.
