The Certificate in Supporting the Development Needs of Vulnerable People is suited to anyone who deals with vulnerable people on a day to day basis. It can also act as an induction tool for employers to introduce staff to working with the complex needs of vulnerable people.

Learner's can use this certificate to build a career in the sector, as it will enable progression to N/SVQs and other related qualifications. It will also provide opportunities to gather evidence for Key/Core Skills units.
