This qualification follows on from our Level 3 automotive qualifications. It is aimed at learners looking to improve their knowledge and application of diagnosing and rectifying vehicle system faults. Learners will also develop their capacity to meet customer needs in relation to their vehicle and the ability to coach, support and supervise colleagues.
