Ensuring we offer a quality service to all learners, centres and employers.

Quality assurance within City & Guilds is monitored by our independent Quality and Standards Committee. The Committee also acts as the final arbiter in appeals.

The Quality and Standards Committee is chaired by Baroness Perry of Southwark HonFCGI.
