Senior Award application form

Below are all the application forms that you will need in order to apply for any of our Senior Awards, whether you are interested in gaining an award in Engineering, Leadership and Management or even Animal care.

All 3 levels are included in the list of application forms so that you can apply for any of our Senior Awards, whether you are eligible for Licentiateship (LCGI), Graduateship (GCGI) or Membership (MCGI).

What you need to do

• Download the application form
• Fill it in
• Attach your supporting documents and your cheque
• Return it to the address that is on the form.

What we will do

• Check that your application meets City & Guilds requirements
• Process your application within 10-14 working days
• We will then send you your certificate
• You will receive an invitation to our Graduation Ceremony which takes place on a Saturday in May (the invitations are sent out in November).
