Getting approved to provide City & Guilds qualifications is easy.
Already an approved City & Guilds centre?
You'll need to complete a Qualification Approval Form.pdf (QAP) and submit it to your local City & Guilds office.
Not an approved City & Guilds centre?
Find out about how to become a City & Guilds approved centre. For centre documentation on the approval process please visit our centre document library. This includes the City & Guilds 'Centre Manual', which is an essential document on how to gain approval and lists all of our policies. This replaces 'Providing City & Guilds Qualifications and Ensuring Quality', encompassing all of the information in one document and including a new centre contract.
Note: Approval to provide City & Guilds qualifications will focus on the relevant resources required to deliver the qualification. A standard fee applies to the qualification approval application.
