Amend centre details

Please contact your regional office if your centre details change.  These include:

• address
• point of contact
• email addresses
• phone details.

Your regional office will then be able to update your details on our systems.

Amend candidate details

It is important you check candidate details prior to certification to avoid disappointing your candidates.

We will require physical documentation in order to accept certain amendments such as gender change, witness protection, deed poll, and name changed due to marriage. This must be sent at the same time as the request to candidate.amendments@cityandguilds.com, faxed to +44 (0)20 7294 3416 or via post.

If you are an International branch administered centre please complete this candidate amendment form and submit to your local branch office.

If you have a candidate whose details need amending you should visit the Walled Garden and use the online candidate amendment option in the Shopping Basket facility which will ensure quick and accurate alterations.

If you are unable to access the Walled Garden or you wish to merge duplicate enrolment numbers or delete duplicate entries you should use the candidate amendment form and email it to: candidate.amendments@cityandguilds.com. Please note that for a successful merge request please use the most recent enrolment number.

If you have received a certificate with incorrect candidate details and wish to amend and receive a replacement the quickest way to do this is to use the Walled Garden facility to amend details ensuring that they are correct and then request a re-issue via our Customer Relations department by email at intops@cityandguilds.com for international centres and centresupport@cityandguilds.com for UK centres.

Please note: Amending candidates details will not automatically generate a certificate.
