Placing your order and making a payment

  • It costs £34 to carry out a search for a replacement of a City & Guilds certificate and £20 for a search for a replacement of a Single Subject certificate. Note that these Single Subject certificates were historically called Pitman Qualifications before the brand was fully integrated into City & Guilds a few years ago.
  • Payment can be made online with the cards listed above.
  • Payments are non-refundable, unless you require a certificate for a period that our records do not cover.

The process

  • We ask you to give us two full weeks to issue your replacement - please wait until then before you contact us.
  • We cannot guarantee that we will be able to issue you with a replacement certificate.
  • If a search for your records proves unsuccessful, we will issue you with a letter confirming the outcome of our search.

Completing your application form

Your chances of a speedy and positive outcome are much improved if we get all the right information up front.  Please provide as much information as possible to help the search succeed.
