How to nominate

Medals for Excellence 2009-10 is open to those who have achieved or are involved in delivering a qualification by City & Guilds, HAB, ILM, NPTC, or those that are jointly awarded with CITB or ILEX between 1 August 2008 and 31 July 2009.

Nominations are made by completing and submitting a nomination form along with up to five pieces of supporting evidence that demonstrate how the nominee meets the criteria.

A team of specialist judges then assess each nomination and award a medal to those who have demonstrated excellence in their particlar field.
