This document provides guidance on our policy and procedures for access arrangements for candidates with particular disabilities.

| Request for access arrangements for candidates with particular requirements This form must be completed by the centre for each candidate who will require alternative assessment arrangements. The completed form should be submitted to City & Guilds, Policy, one month before the month of the examination. |

| Application for access arrangements Profile of Learning Difficulties This form should be completed by the centre for candidates with learning disabilities where the centre does not hold a current Educational Psychologist or Specialist teacher's report. |

| Notification of access arrangements permitted by the centre This form must be completed and submitted monthly listing candidates granted arrangements by the centre, including up to a maximum of 25% extra time, rest breaks, transcripts, prompters, bilingual dictionaries with/without extra time. |

| Request for unmodified, modified or Braille question papers This form must be completed by the centre for each candidate who will require unmodified A3 question papers, modified or Braille examination papers. The completed form should be submitted to City & Guilds, Policy, three months before the month of the examination. |
