This QCA-approved Master Professional Diploma is designed to meet the needs of experienced individuals who are operating, or aspiring to operate, at senior technological or management level, or a combination of both. The qualification develops high level practical skills in areas such as project management, strategic leadership, directing and developing a small business, developing a corporate HR strategy, and ethics and equality at work. It can be awarded as a generic qualification or recognised specifically within a vocational context. Assessment is by assignment. This qualification could enable progression onto a related Masters Degree programme, at a rating of 90 'M' credits.
