Stephen not only teaches City & Guilds, he positively lives it. With no less than 6 City & Guilds qualifications under his belt, Stephen truly is able to practice what he preaches.
Starting out in 1984, Stephen began his career as a Commis Chef at the 4 star George Hotel Best Western. 10 years and a whole lot of experience later, Stephen left his position as Senior Sous Chef at a leading 5 star establishment to take up the position as Managing Member of HTA School of Culinary Art in South Africa. "I run City & Guilds courses because I believe them to be the most credible internationally recognised qualification," Stephen explained, "and I'm proud to offer them at my Centre."
