The City & Guilds Archive Services teams are experts at archiving, sorting, filing and finding certificates and syllabuses. So if you’ve lost your certificate, or you were in college in 1975 and you just want to know what the standard is today against the National Framework - then rest assured, our teams can help.

Replacement certificate applications made as of 1 December 2011
If your certificate is under 3 months old from the date it was issued, please contact your centre and they will request the correction on your behalf. If your certificate is over 3 months old from the date it was issued, you will be charged a replacement fee of £34 to correct and replace it.

Full Technological Certificate
Do you already have a vocational qualification? Did you know that you can upgrade your level 1, 2 and 3 qualifications to a Full Technological Certificate? With a four year basic vocational qualification plus an additional subject at an advanced level, you could be well on your way to holding the prestigious Full Technological Certificate.

Full Technological Diploma
Non UK students can benefit from getting more from their vocational qualification by applying for a Full Technological Diploma. Provided you have a four year basic vocational qualification plus an additional subject at an advanced level, you could be well on your way to holding the prestigious Full Technological Diploma.

Professional Recognition Awards
City & Guilds Licentiateship (LCGI), Graduateship (GCGI), and Membership (MCGI), recognise personal achievement and the application of professional knowledge in the workplace, allowing progression to the very highest level of achievement.
