David Miller

David Miller, City & Guilds David has been at City & Guilds since November 2002. During that time he has established an in-house team that handles a wide range of legal and regulatory issues arising from the projects and activities undertaken by the different entities in the Group, both in the UK and internationally.

The team also advises on charity, governance and company secretarial matters, and David provides support and assistance to councillors and charity trustees through his work as Secretary to the Institute. He is a member of the Management Board and also acts as Data Protection Officer.

He qualified as a solicitor in 1998 and prior to joining City & Guilds worked at Taylor Wessing Solicitors in the IT/Telecoms Group, part of their Intellectual Property Department.
