Matt Johnson is responsible for all strategic, commercial and operational aspects of City & Guilds Kineo. He brings not only his strong digital and ‘business-to-business’ expertise to CGK but also extensive knowledge of multinational corporations, passion for managing and motivating teams, and a distinguished track record of international growth.
Matt previously managed his own consultancy business where he led major transformation projects and growth programmes on behalf of a number of clients including Cambridge University Press, DWF (a top-20 law firm), CPA Global (the intellectual property firm) and Ordnance Survey. Prior to that Matt held senior strategy, pricing and commercial development roles at Reed Elsevier in London, Tokyo and New York City, serving on the boards of several operating companies.
In addition to his prior global roles, Matt has lived in six countries in North America, Europe and Asia.
