Our international Hospitality and Catering qualifications

Our international Hospitality and Catering portfolio is one of the most comprehensive on the market, with qualifications across 4 main industries that can lead to over 15 key roles. We have designed these qualifications specifically to address the global demand for hospitality and catering staff:

  • The hospitality and catering sector is facing a global shortfall of 14 million jobs
  • The sector is a key driver of economic growth, representing 9.5% of global GDP
  • The hospitality and tourism sector must recruit a further 843,000 staff by 2020, including 143,000 new jobs

Our partnership with WORLDCHEFS

We have joined forces with the World Association of Chefs Societies (WORLDCHEFS) to develop the first global certification in the world for the culinary industry.

The certification recognises the skills and experience of chefs already in the industry. Using digital badges, chefs are able to give employers an instant indication of the level they are working at, making their skills more portable.
