To deliver an International Vocational Qualification (IVQ) you'll need to provide your learners with a suitable learning environment and the resources they need to complete the practical and theoretical aspects of the qualification. You will also need qualified internal assessors.
For the Technician Certificate in Construction learners are assessed by practical demonstrations or assignments, and a multiple choice exam.
For the Technician Diploma or Advanced Technician Diploma in Construction, learners are assessed on a combination of multiple choice exams, practical demonstrations or assignments, and written exams.
To find all the resource requirements, download the qualification handbooks from the centre documents section.
All learners must have experience and be employed in the construction industry. You must make sure they can access all the resources they need to complete the qualification.
