How can I get a replacement certificate?
If your certificate has been misplaced you can obtain a replacement certificate by completing a replacement certificate application form.
If I have more than one award, how many application forms do I use?

Contact your training provider who will be able to check the progress of your results; City & Guilds can not release results information over the phone due to data protection laws.

City & Guilds charge examination or assessment and certification fees (via the training provider); all other fees, are set by the training provider.
