As you can imagine we’re pretty committed to life long learning at City & Guilds. We have developed a talented learning and development team who are able to advise on, organise and develop appropriate training so that every employee can

It’s not one size fits all, the team has developed a range of ways to ensure that each of us can chose a way to learn that suits us best. We get the right learning in the right way and at the right time. We have:
- a learning resource centre equipped with plasma screen TV/DVD/Video and PC link, audio system and PC’s
- DVD’s, CD’s, CD-Roms, books, activity packs, newspapers, periodicals and e-learning for a variety of subjects from Angling to Zoology – (well almost)
- courses to improve workplace skills – including personal effectiveness, performance management, presentation skills, negotiation and influencing
- an on line learning resource offering over 500 different courses with subjects ranging from Communication Skills and MS Office to Supply Chain Management and Database Management.
