We aim to develop our workplace culture that also reflects our values.  As part of this, we have put together a range of initiatives to help employees who would like to support charitable community projects including:

·   the opportunity to volunteer for three days per year on agreed community projects – as an individual or as part of a team challenge

·  collection and challenge days

·  matched funding for employee’s sponsored activities

·   Give as you Earn – to an employees chosen charity
