These days a company’s social and environmental responsibility record is increasingly becoming a factor in consumer choice and, indeed, in the companies that prospective employees opt to work for.  This applies just as much to City & Guilds as to any commercial organisation.  

Over the past few years we have looked at how other comparable organisations have approached CSER and we have begun to look at how we compare to recognised external benchmarks.  This, our first Review, is the result of a careful analysis of what we currently do and sets a baseline from which we can plan our future performance targets.
