Stella is 42 years old and working in Sa Sa Cosmetic International Ltd, a leading cosmetics retailing group as a Sales and Operations Manager.

Everyday, she has to supervise over 300 subordinates in sales and operation services. With sound background in training sector, she fully understands that gaining a professional qualification definitely helped her to increase competitive edges and advance her career.

Her job involves supervising the sales and operation team in Hong Kong and maintaining a high level quality of sales operations and customer services.
