Please contact your regional office if your centre details change. These include:

Your regional office will then be able to update your detials on our systems.
Candidate amendments
If you have a candidate whose details need amending or who has received a certificate with incorrect candidate details please note that you can submit a candidate amendment request to candidate.amendments@cityandguilds.com to have the error rectified. This is a dedicated email address for all UK and International City & Guilds centres dealing with all qualifications including Single Subjects.

Using this email address you can email a request to:

Amend candidate details i.e. incorrect name, sex, date of birth

Reissue results and certificates (Under 6 months)

Merge duplicate enrolment numbers

Delete duplicate entries
In order to ensure that your request is processed in the most efficient manner please ensure that you fill out the amendment form with all relevant information. For any amendment request received via candidate.amendments@cityandguilds.com you will be able to view the changes on the Walled Garden and in accordance with our customer charter you will receive a nominal role report and corrected certificate within 7 working days of the request.
Please note that for a successful merge request please use the most recent enrolment number. Confirmation of this will be sent to you in a nominal role report.
For any amendment to any candidate information that requires physical proof (gender change, witness protection, name changed due to marriage etc) and requests for reissued results and certificates over 6 months old please visit student course records for further information on how to action these requests.
If you are an International branch administered centre please complete the form and submit to your local branch office.
