This award is an advanced level qualification and provides the knowledge and theory you need to do the level 3 NVQ. You'll cover some of the same areas as for the level 2, but at a more advanced level, as well as some new areas. This is a qualification that you will complete through a college or training provider and there is a multiple choice test at the end of the course.
