Healthier food & special diets

We are pleased to inform you that we have now had accredited as a stand alone unit from the Professional Cookery VRQ the Healthier food and special diets unit.
The unit is a 10 hour qualification and available immediately.

Level 3 Hospitality Supervision UPK Short Answer Questions

You will be pleased to know that we have completed the second batch of questions for the above qualification.

The units, HS1-11 and HS13/19/21-23/25-27 have been completed and are available to download from www.cityandguilds.com

To access these questions please e-mail catering@cityandguilds.com requested the password.

All remaining units are expected to be available by the end of March 2007.

Barista Skills

City & Guilds are please to inform you that this short qualification has now been accredited and will be operationally ready for the Summer term.

Fastrack forms will be available shortly from our website.

We are planning on running workshops for this qualification in London 16th July/Birmingham 19th June and Warrington 4th July, please e-mail catering@cityandguilds.com to request a space at one of these events.  Our events team will also be forwarding an invite to you.
