Advisers offer assistance to centres based on their considerable personal experience or that of other centres they have supported. This can be very varied and examples include:
- understanding exactly what is required to meet regulatory requirements
- offering support to a centre by supplying information needed to ensure awareness of qualification resource requirements

Delivering qualifications can sometimes feel like a lonely and isolated job. To address this, Community & Society Advisers offer frequent network events and surgeries, free of charge. These support centres in the delivery of our qualifications, giving assessors, internal verifiers and QACs across the regions/nations the opportunity to consider new developments, share good practice and enhance professional development.
The Adviser team also run briefing events for new and revised qualifications that aim to raise awareness and assist centres in their planning, management and delivery.
