Please note: If your centre currently offers the 7461 Certificate/Diploma for Legal Secretaries then you can fast track to ensure that you can offer the new syllabus and assessment. Complete and download the form and forward it to your regional office as soon as possible and we’ll do the rest.

The Level 2 Certificate in Vocational Paralegal Studies expires on 31 August 2008 and is replaced by the new Level 2 Legal Studies qualification. If you already offer the existing qualification you can fast track.

If your centre has no previous experience in offering these legal qualifications you can obtain approval in the usual way by contacting your regional office for details.
