Entry Levels 1 and 2 Certificate in Food Studies - Vocational Entry (No. 3340 )

These qualifications, set at entry levels 1 and 2, have been developed for learners with learning and physical difficulties. They assess skills related to all aspects of choosing, preparing and presenting food. When taken in conjunction with other basic skills qualifications they allow you to develop an increased level of independence. If successful, you could progress to the Certificate in Hospitality and Catering at entry level 3.
