City & Guilds now have available the Retail Financial Services NVQ which is suitable to be for anyone who works in a bank/ building society, contact centre operator (finance), insurance or foreign exchange.

This qualification allows for the learner to select a route that is suitable for their career, such as Insurance. As it is a  financial qualification it will allow learners to achieve a competency based qualification which is flexible, in the workplace.
