Leadership and management workshops
What do you get when you combine the worlds largest and most trusted awarding body with the Institute of Leadership and Management?
Success!
City & Guilds and ILM are working in partnership offering an opportunity to develop and enhance existing knowledge and understanding of the behaviours of effective leadership and management.
Do you understand the difference?
- Leadership is identifying a new vision and leading the group forward.

The program will be delivered covering three specific concepts:
- Motivation – Understand what motivates different people
- Coaching – Confidently support individuals to achieve their potential
- Effective communication – Recognise and overcome barriers to communication
This two day workshop is highly participative with a number of group discussion and activities, at a cost of £550 per delegate.
