Europass has been designed to help individuals make their skills and qualifications clearly and easily understood when moving around for work or study purposes.

There are five documents available to help achieve this purpose:

• Europass CV 
• Europass Language Passport 
• Europass Mobility 
• Europass Certificate Supplement 
• Europass Diploma Supplement.

The UK National Europass Centre (UK NEC) is responsible for the co-ordination, management and promotion of all activities related to Europass in the UK.  UK NEC acts as the national agency in a European network for Europass and provides information to individuals, education and training providers, employers and anybody else who is interested in finding out more about Europass and any of its documents.

City & Guilds is the first awarding body in the UK to launch the Certificate Supplement.
