The Level 2 e-Quals IT User qualification is ideal for your learners who want to get the best out of your computer. The qualification helps to build skills and confidence in a range of areas including:

• word-processing
• using spreadsheets
• databases
• desktop publishing
• web design

They can also use Microsoft Office Specialist units in Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and PowerPoint to gain their Diploma for IT Users.

What's the next step

All centres that are currently offering e-Quals (7262) will gain automatic approval for e-Quals 07 (7266), so there no need to contact your regional office and fill out any forms.

If you are a new centre and would like to offer IT User qualifications you will need to contact your local City & Guilds regional office.
