Key changes

‘No-entry’ period for both On Demand and Dated Examinations is now applied 14 calendar days prior to the exam date and not the Monday of the exam week.
Late entries
To ensure you receive your examination materials on time and avoid late entry fees, please submit your orders in advance of the late entry cut-off dates provided overleaf. For this year’s June dated examinations your orders need to be received no later than 15:00 on 30 April 2008 (Paper S form) and 15:00 on 7 May 2008 (Electronic Entries including Electronic S Form, Walled Garden EDI file upload and Emailed EDI ) to avoid incurring late entry fees. Walled Garden Shopping basket entries stop at 23:59 on the previous working day before the deadline date.
New Walled Garden
Where possible, submit your entries via the new Walled Garden, which has been tailored to our customers’ requirements and includes:
- ‘Cohort’ management – customers can group candidates together for ordering and collating exam materials into exam groups. This option is available when you use the Shopping Basket for making entries
- Online ‘Candidate management’ functionality – to view, print and amend candidate details
- Online credit card processing (eg for publications) – coming soon
- Greater flexibility for delivering materials to multiple addresses
- Numerous online reports to look up details of orders, candidates, results, financial and qualification information
- Improved exam delivery tracking via link to Courier website

Exam Check list
- Check the Catalogue for up to date qualification information and exam timetables before making your entries.
- Make orders in good time to avoid late entry fees.
- Refer to online reporting facility to ensure processed order has been accepted and all input details are correct.
- Track exam materials online. You should expect to receive them 10 working days prior to the examination date.
- Use correct pre-printed stationery provided – ICs and MAs.
- Return question papers to us on the day of the exam.
- Monitor results by ‘Assessment type’ using Walled Garden online reports. To find out when to expect your results, see below.
- Check Results Lists and that Certificate details are correct before issuing to Candidates.
Results
Receiving your results in a timely manner depends on your scripts being despatched to us on the same day as the examination date, as per our Regulations for the conduct of examinations. Failure to do so could result in a delay to processing of your examination results and certificates.
