John Robertson
Customer Relations Manager
John, as Customer Relations Manager, has a key role in ensuring that client and customer needs are met. Making day to day contacts with our key partner organisations to meet main business goals, financial targets and create platforms for further business opportunities. He contributes to the strategic direction of City & Guilds Scotland and provides an active level of contact with all orginisations using City & Guilds qualifications in Scotland with particular emphasis on centres, funding institutions and those related to occupational standards development. 

Lynn Stewart
Quality Manager

Lynn has the responsibility for the quality team, resources and quality processes, ensuring excellent customer service and that Centres’ meet the regulatory guidelines relating to City & Guilds quality policies. She works closely with external verifiers to ensure a qualitative approach is taken regarding the delivery of City & Guilds qualifications. 

Sara Burns
Quality co-ordinator
Sara's role as Quality Co-ordinator sees her assist the Quality Manager in monitoring the quality of centres delivering City & Guilds awards. She is responsible for processing scheme and centre approvals and general quality related issues, and works closely with our external verifiers and centres to ensure their quality requirements are met. 

Gayle Rennie
Administration Assistant (Sales)
Gayle responds to a broad range of queries from diverse groups and supports all team members undertaking their respective roles contributing to excellent customer service. She assists the Customer Relations Manager in the development of customer service, sales strategies and manages our comprehensive events programme.
