Regional Manager - Liz Buxton

Responsibilities include managing the regional office, ensuring we deliver excellent customer service and quality management support to our centres.  The Regional Manager is also responsible for the on-going development of the regional team.


 

Sales Team

Customer Relationship Manager - Gill Linturn

Ensure our centres receive the highest level of customer service, and provide advice and guidance in the delivery of City & Guilds qualifications. Gill manages the Northamptonshire and Derbyshire areas.  

Customer Relationship Manager– Carla Fisher

Ensure our centres receive the highest level of customer service, and provide advice and guidance in the delivery of City & Guilds qualifications.
Carla manages the Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire areas.

Sales Co-ordinator – Deborah Wray

Carry out activities to compliment the work of the Customer Relationship Managers. This includes giving advice and support to new and existing centres when expanding current award portfolios. This role is also responsible for the co-ordination and support of regional events, network group meetings and surgeries.


 

Quality Team

Quality Manager – Elaine Bate

Responsible for the management of the Quality Team to ensure excellent customer service to all City & Guilds centres, in line with regulator’s guidelines and City & Guilds policy and practice.

Quality Co-ordinator - Sally Williams

The Quality Co-ordinators will assist you with the delivery of qualifications. They monitor our external verifiers and will manage the approval process both for new and existing centres.

Sally supports the Nottinghamshire centres.

Quality Co-ordinator - Amanda Roberts

Amanda supports the Leicestershire and Northamptonshire centres.

Quality Co-ordinator - Amy White

Amy supports the Derbyshire and Lincolnshire centres

Quality Assistant - Jessica Hart

Provides help and assistance with general enquiries and customer support.

 


Community & Society Team

Care, Health and Community Advisor – Roger Thomas

Special advisor within care, health and community sector. Roger provides specific support and advice to those centres delivering qualifications in this sector.
