The hectic pace of modern life is often blamed for these belligerent outbursts. More than three quarters (77 per cent) say they feel under pressure and that there aren’t enough hours in the day, with 28 per cent of them admitting that they vent their frustration on others, despite knowing it is their organisation that is to blame.
