Responsible for business development and customer service, providing advice and guidance on the delivery of City & Guilds qualifications.

Responsible for centre support, customer service, initial enquiries from new customers and event management.

 

QUALITY TEAM

Responsible for management and support in the delivery and verification of awards to ensure consistency of delivery and quality.
