This QCA-approved Level 4 Higher Professional Diploma is suitable for those working in a variety of sport and recreation businesses, covering areas such as research, marketing, sales and promotion, service development, funding, sports logistics, event management and crowd management.  Assessment is by means of assignment. The Higher Professional Diploma has been developed with the Institute of Sport & Recreation Management (ISRM) and, upon achieving the HPD, learners become eligible for ISRM membership .
