Oral Health Care (Old NVQs) - NVQ (No. 3231 )
The NVQs in Oral Health Care at level 2 and 3 (3231-21/92 and 3231-31/93) expired on 31 August 2007. We have revised and updated the level 3 NVQ which has been relabled as the City & Guilds level 3 NVQ in Dental Nursing (3231-23/83). For those candidates already registered on one of these qualifications, the last certification date can be found in the April 2007 Latest News. Documentation for the old NVQs will be found on this page until the last certification date has passed. We are also pleased to introduce the 7393 City & Guilds level 3 Award in Dental Nursing (VRQ). Following research and consultation within the sector, Skills for Health have indicated that there is no further need for an Oral Health specific NVQ at level 2 after 31 August 2007.
