What does the Walled Garden offer?
The Walled Garden has been developed especially to help our centres to carry out a range of day-to-day functions quickly and efficiently online.
The Walled Garden is:
- free
- secure
- available 24 hours a day, seven days a week
- reliable
- accurate – provides real-time information
- fast and efficient – registrations, entries and results entered before 3pm can be confirmed the next day
- compatible – with the widely used browsers, Microsoft internet explorer 6, Microsoft internet explorer 7 and Firefox 2.0. Minimum requirements apply.
You can use the Walled Garden for:
- candidate enquiries – check on individual candidates’ registration, examination entry and certification history
- centre/qualification approval enquiries – check your approval status for different qualifications
- candidate registrations – new candidate enrolment numbers created immediately
- candidate listing by qualification
- dated examination entries
- results entries
- tracking orders
- viewing the latest version of the City & Guilds Catalogue qualifications
- publications ordering – including logbooks, exam papers and CD-ROMs
- sending data by EDI transfer – for compatible databases.
