'People are surprised to discover what's behind our wedding dresses. House of Antoine, award-winning small enterprise, is also an award-winning City & Guilds centre. Behind the shop, we train people who want to learn how to work with textiles. And 50 weeks a year we create costumes for the next Notting Hill Carnival. Because we've been here for 16 years, we're known and respected in our local community. So people feel comfortable popping in, for a dress, or for new skills.'
