How can I get a replacement certificate?
You can replace your certificate by completing an replacement application certificate form.
I haven't received my results. What should I do?
Contact your training provider who will be able to check the progress of your results; City & Guilds cannot release results information over the phone due to data protection laws.
How do I obtain equivalence information?
To gain equivalence information for the UK, then our comparison chart should help.
For information relating to your region or country then look at equivalence information.
I want to complete my IVQ in a different country. Can I do that?
Yes, through an approved City & Guilds centre/training provider that has approval for the qualification. Contact the British Council who can advise you of the nearest centre/training provider. Inform them of your enrolment number if you have one.
I want to apply for a full technical certificate/diploma. What should I do?
