Regional Manager
Mandy Smith
The responsibilities of the Regional Manger are to look after the day to day running of the Yorkshire Regional Office. Ensure the highest levels of customer service and quality management to help support our centres and to help develop and raise the profile of City and Guilds in to the Yorkshire Region.
Customer Relationship Managers
Debbie Addison: LS, DN, HG, YO, DL
Celia Walker: HD, S, HU, HX, BD, WF
This role operates from the Yorkshire Regional Office and provides an initial point of contact for all City and Guilds centres that require support and guidance with extending the range of City and Guilds qualifications they offer or need information or advice about gaining City and Guilds Centre accreditation.
Sales Co-ordinator
Joe Bell
The main responsibilities of the Sales Coordinator is to undertake activities to support and provide information to new and existing centres who wish to extend their portfolio of qualifications.
This role also involves the management and co-ordination of the regional Events and Workshop programme.
Quality Manager
Rosemary Young
Responsible for the management of the Quality Team to ensure excellent customer service to all City & Guilds centres, in-line with regulator’s guidelines and City & Guilds policy and practice.
Quality Co-ordinators
The main areas of responsibility of this role are to ensure quality assurance procedures are met, and to oversee the verification process.
Their role also involves training, support and allocation of External Verifiers to centres and managing the approval process for new and existing centres.
We have four Quality Coordinators based in the Yorkshire Office the areas they cover are:

Regional Customer Advisor
Cheryl Craven
The Regional Customer Advisor main responsibility is to be the first point of contact for everyone wishing to communicate with the regional office via the telephone.
Cheryl will deal with all general enquiries relating to the receipt of centre and qualification applications; provide administrative support to regional colleagues as well as resolving centre and learner queries about qualifications and procedures
