Yorkshire Medals for Excellence 2008 - 26 Mar 2008

The Yorkshire City & Guilds Medals for Excellence Ceremony took place on 14 March 2008 at the Royal Armouries Museum in Leeds to celebrate the achievements of those in the Yorkshire Region who have excelled as either a learner or tutor/lecturer with City & Guilds. 

The region had 11 winners from a range of vocational areas who were presented with their Medals by guest speaker George Trow, Rotherham College Principle and City & Guilds fellow. 

All regional medal winners are also nominated for 'Lion Awards' and invited to the prestigious ceremony in London on April 14.
