Review of Medals for Excellence
In June 2004 we conducted a survey to find out what our various customers felt about the Medals for Excellence programme. Following this we hosted a review panel consisting of judges, regional staff, Marketing, International and Corporate Affairs. This panel referred to responses and recommendations made in the survey, and discussed key points of the Medals for Excellence programme.
Based on the survey, the review panel and discussion among the Corporate Affairs team, we came to an agreement on proposed changes to the Medals for Excellence programme.
